Our Return Policy

At Paula’s Choice, we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund for products returned within 60 days and store credit for returns up to 180 days after your purchase date for orders placed directly with Paula’s Choice LLC. Please note that shipping and import/tariff fees are non-refundable.

How to Start Your Return Request Online:

  1. Log in to your shopping account and click the “Orders” tab.
  2. Click “Order Details” and then “Start a Return.”
  3. If you placed a guest order, please click here.
  4. Follow the provided instructions.

If You Are Unable To Request Your Return Online, Please Follow Instructions Below:

  1. Print and complete our Return/Exchange Form. If you don’t have a printer, write the following information on a piece of paper: name/email address, order number, name of the products you’d like to return, and quantity.
  2. Package the products and your Return/Exchange Form in a secure box.
  3. Mail your items and form to:

Please note: You are responsible for shipping costs and the safe return of merchandise. You can select the carrier that works best for you.

  1. Most returns are processed within 10 business days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once your return or exchange has been processed.

Return Timeframes:

  • 0 – 60 days from purchase date: Returns will be processed as a refund to the original payment method or as store credit, if preferred.
  • 60 – 180 days from purchase date: Returns will be issued as store credit only. Store credit never expires but does not have cash value and cannot be refunded.
  • 180+ days from purchase date: Returns will not be accepted.

Additional Information:

  • Products can be used but we do not accept empty bottles.
  • If your order is lost, incorrect or damaged, we can assist within 180 days from the date of purchase. Contact our Client Service Team for prompt resolution.
  • For exchanges, a store credit will be issued for the returned item and used to purchase the new product.
  • Products purchased with store credit will be reimbursed as store credit.
  • Promotion codes are considered a discount and the value will not be refunded when your return or exchange is processed. Promotion codes and discounts do not apply to exchanges.
  • We cannot issue a refund or exchange for any gift with purchase or perks redemptions. You do not need to return free gifts with purchase along with your other products.
  • For products purchased from Amazon, Sephora, Nordstrom, and other authorized resellers, please contact that retailer for return/exchange information. We can only accept returns/exchanges for orders placed directly with Paula’s Choice LLC.
  • If your original payment method is expired or no longer valid, we can only issue a refund in the form of store credit.
  • If you received your product as a gift, it is eligible for store credit or exchange. Please contact Client Services here to obtain and confirm the original order details.
  • If you return a product from a qualifying order, the points earned from the returned product(s) will be deducted from your total point balance.
  • International Clients: We cannot refund duties and taxes as these are collected by the governing country, not Paula’s Choice. This includes import fees and tariff fee for Canadian clients.
